The goods which we offer in our shop range are Erdinger Weißbräu merchandising items featuring the original Erdinger Weißbräu logo and/or lettering. All logos, photographs and other images on the website or in the online catalog are protected by trademark or copyright. Any use without the consent of Privatbrauerei Erdinger Weißbräu Werner Brombach GmbH, in particular the unauthorized downloading of images, is prohibited and will be prosecuted in the civil or criminal courts.

A contract is made between you and us when we accept your order, confirm it in writing or electronically, or deliver the goods. You can order by telephone, in writing, by fax or via the Internet.

We reserve the right to cancel the contract and not to execute the order, if the ordered goods are not available. In this case, we will inform you immediately.

The price of the goods including all taxes and other price components is based on the currently valid shop program, which is displayed on the Internet and also available as a catalog.

Should you not wish to pick up the goods in person at our sales outlet, there is an additional charge for mailing or delivery on top of the price of the goods. For goods weighing up to 31.5 kg, these costs are:

For deliveries in Germany, you can choose between credit card payment, direct debit or collect on delivery. In the case of collect on delivery, the following additional costs are charged:

€ 2,00 bank fees
In the case of orders to be delivered to addresses outside Germany, credit card payment is agreed.

You have the right to return goods. This right of return is hereby already expressly acknowledged should the contract be concluded. You will be informed separately and in detail about this right of return.

The use of telecommunication methods will not result in costs in excess of the normal basic charges you would normally expect.

Offers and prices are subject to change. We retain the right to make technical changes, color variations and price changes. All prices are gross unit prices in Euro including VAT at the currently legal rate (19%). Subject to prior sale. With the publication of this catalog, all previous prices become invalid.

The goods provided or delivered remain our property until complete payment of our purchase price claim has been made.

German law applies to the exclusion of the CISG. Place of fulfillment is Erding.

You hereby consent to the commercially necessary storage and processing of your personal data. This statement constitutes notice pursuant to section 33 (1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz).

Should the goods display faulty workmanship or production defects, please register your complaint immediately. During the warranty period of two years after delivery, you have the right to free repair. Should it be necessary, we will replace the article in full or in part. If a defect is not corrected within a reasonable time, you can also choose to rescind the purchase or to claim a price reduction. Otherwise, we are liable if there is a legal or contractual liability to the replacement of damage or wasted expenditure caused by us, our legal representatives or agents, only in the case of intent or gross negligence or, in this case limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, for culpable violation of significant contractual obligations. Claims for culpable causation of personal injury and under the Product Liability Act remain unaffected. The limitation of liability also extends to the personal liability of our legal representatives and agents.
